Our work includes construction, carpentry, build-outs, tenant improvements, utilities, certified lead removal, and everything else you can imagine.
One project of note required the conversion of an existing industrial building for a new occupant and completely different industry. This included extensive modifications and removal of existing features, new electrical and mechanical services, new offices, and the creation of specialty environments such as laboratory space, R&D workshops, and clean rooms.
